ARTICLE SUBMISSION 1. Articles are not endorsements for products. No advertising. 2. Subjects such as self improvement methods, news, scientific information, personal uplifting experiences, art, creativity, family, food, health and spirit. 3. Articles can be as small as a few paragraphs and as long as about 1000 words. 4. All copy will be edited for spelling and grammar. 5. No articles are accepted that display discrimination or negative information. 6. No foul language or inappropriate subjects. 7. Maximum 2 photos are acceptable to accompany the article. 8. Websites and contact information acceptable at end of article. 9. Articles must be received by the 15th of each month for the following publication.
